• If the weather conditions are not favourable, the established route will be modified always respecting the contracted minutes and kilometres.
• The flight can be shared with other customers, if you want to secure a private flight you will have to pay 4 tickets.
• Once booked, we will contact the booking telephone number if it is necessary to change the time of the flight.
• Depending on the 3 or 4-seater operational helicopter, passengers will be distributed according to seat availability.
• If it is a larger group, the necessary flights will be made according to the number of passengers.
• Itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions.
• Passengers must be provided with their DNI, NIE or passport.
• In order to properly distribute the helicopter ticket, it is mandatory that people weighing more than 110 kilos reserve the next seat. The price of the seat is reduced to 50% off the price of the trip.

WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?

The outside temperature prevails in the helicopter, so dress in comfortable clothes and bring a sweater or jacket in case it gets chilly.

DO YOU RECOMMEND TAKING MOTION SICKNESS MEDICATION?

The helicopter flight is very stable and the passengers do not feel any adversity, dizziness or vertigo. If you are excessively prone to motion sickness, you can take the medication you would take if you were traveling by car.
