What is your cancellation policy?

Any cancellation must be 48 hours before the activity, since in that time we have time to cover the places. In the case of being ill or unwell, a medical certificate must be presented, at that time the entire money is returned.

My activity was canceled, how do I get my money back?

If you have paid in cash, it is returned in cash and if it is by card or web, directly to the same bank account.

Do you offer pickups for all services?
